To order on-line, find the item you like and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, simply click on the “Checkout” button. You will be required to provide information - information with the (*) is required. Enter your shipping and credit card information, select your shipping method, and your order is on its way. When checking out, we provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information. When you have found the desired product(s), enter the number of units that you would like in the “Quantity” field, and click “add to cart” or “Checkout”. By clicking “add to cart” the product will be added to your shopping cart and you can continue shopping. The “checkout now” link will enable you to quickly checkout with the products that you have selected.

Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover Card. You can also pay by PayPal if you like. When checking out simply select the Payment Option of your choice. You may place the order through our secure website, or you may choose to phone in your order and credit card information.
- Money Order – In order to use a money order please contact us over the phone with your order at 646-245-0177. The money order must be in U.S. funds. Please make sure your name and invoice number is on the money order. We will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order. We do not ship orders until we receive payment.
- Personal Checks and COD - Generally, we restrict payments to credit card, PayPal, or money orders. If you do not have a major credit card and would like to use a personal check, please email us at info@Grasshopperproducts.com for details.
Shipping Options
Grasshopperproducts.com has made shipping quick and affordable for people in all locations and for all products. For your convenience we offer multiple shipping methods that vary both in price and delivery time.
US & Domestic Shipping
All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 48 hours if the order is placed by 1pm EST. We ship domestic orders through USPS. Accurate shipping address and phone number is required. Signature may be required for delivery in certain circumstances.
Approximate delivery time for credit card orders for in-stock merchandise is between 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination. The shipping charges are as follows:
- First Class USPS Ground Shipping 48 Contiguous States (2-5 days): Flat Rate $2.99 for the first 1-2 items, $3.49 for 3-6, $3.99 for 7-10 and $4.60 for 11-24. Zingers or hats added to orders ship for free. Zingers or hats ship on their own at $2.99 up to 100 units. Call for information on larger orders.
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Flat Rate $3.99 for the first item and $0.99 for each item thereafter. We will contact you if we need any additional information.
APO/FPO Rules
Grasshopperproducts.com ships all orders to APO and FPO boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-8 business days. Grasshopperproducts.com will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed APO/FPO shipments.
Express Shipping
We offer overnight or 2nd day air service to continental U.S. Street addresses (no P.O.Boxes). Orders placed before 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same business day.
For 2nd day air or overnight - please call 646-245-0177 for your shipping rate. Fedex and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order.
Shipping Outside of The Continental US
Shipping charges will be added to the total cost of your order according to the weight of your shipment. International orders are shipped Priority US Air Mail and generally take 4-7 business days to arrive. Rates for international shipments typically range from $9.95 - $24.95 per order, depending on weight.

We will provide you with a rate quote or we may provide you with information on how to contact one of our authorized distributors in your country.
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax on orders placed outside NY state with Grasshopperproducts.com. Orders placed and shipped within NY will be charged an 8.5% sales tax.
Returns
You must call us during our normal business hours 646-245-0177 or email us at info@Grasshopperproducts.com for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. A valid return authorization number must be on the shipping label or we will be unable to accept the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Shortages / Mis-Shipments
Because of our double-check packing system, we have a minimum amount of errors. On the rare occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect the box a second time for the product(s). If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if any other problems exist, contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment either over the phone 646-245-0177 at info@Grasshopperproducts.com or through our online contact form.
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will notify you that the product is out of stock. In most cases you will receive your order with 4 business days. Although this is very infrequent, we ask for your patience in these situations.
Incorrect Order
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at info@Grasshopperproducts.com within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PACKAGING until you contacted Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In these situations we will promptly send you replacement product and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged or incorrect merchandise.
